I've said coloring is a two-way street. You arrive at a different destination depending on what direction you're going. Because one color sits on top of the other, adding red to blue results in a different hue that adding blue to red.

I also wanted to say:
"I had said [earlier] that every line represents either a sudden change in hue (color) or a sudden change in value (darkness). Any time you come to a line, you should realize that one of these must be occurring, so color accordingly. Most often, the line will refer to a change in hue. This is key to not relying on lines to define your image (something that I am working hard to learn, myself)."
But I didn't really use lines this time. I guess that kinda proves my point though.
